How it works

From switch-on to running by itself.

01

It is already on

The scheduler comes wired to your panel. Nothing to install, no server access needed — your jobs are running from day one.

02

Pick your tasks

Toggle what should run and how often: supplier sync, stock refill, order status, price alerts, invoices, backups.

03

It keeps the beat

Jobs fire on a managed cluster — not your web server — so a slow page or a busy hour never delays them.

04

You see everything

Live status, last run, duration and output for every job. If one fails, it retries, then tells you.

Inside the panel

Connect once. The clock does the rest.

Every job this site needs — the system configuration URL and one URL per active API — is listed for you. Press Connect and they are registered on the cron cluster: each API pinged every 10 seconds, the system task every minute. No host crontab, nothing to paste into cPanel.

What you get

Everything it does, out of the box.

Supplier sync

Pull prices, services and stock from every connected supplier on a schedule — your catalogue is never a day behind.

Auto stock refill

Watches inventory and tops it up before it hits zero, so a sold-out code never blocks a sale at midnight.

Order status chase

Polls pending orders, marks the delivered ones, and escalates the ones stuck too long.

Alerts that matter

Price changes, low balance, failed jobs, supplier downtime — pushed to email or Telegram the moment they happen.

Automatic backups

Scheduled database and file backups you never have to remember, kept where you can actually restore them.

Custom jobs

Add your own scheduled task with a cron expression and let the cluster run it like any other job.

Off your web server

Jobs run on dedicated infrastructure, so heavy work never slows the panel your customers are browsing.

Never silently dead

A missed run is a monitored event — retries first, then a real alert. No more "the cron stopped last Tuesday".

Down to the minute

From every-minute polling to monthly reports — timezone-aware, overlap-safe, and honest about what it did.

Prices and stock stay current without anyone touching them.
Orders finish overnight instead of waiting for you to log in.
Backups exist — and you can prove it.
No shell access, no crontab file, nothing to forget.
Questions

The things people ask first.

Do I need to set up cron on my hosting?

No. That is the whole point. The scheduler is managed for you — even on shared hosting where a real cron daemon is unreliable or unavailable, your jobs still fire on time.

What if a job fails?

It retries with a backoff. If it still fails, the run is flagged in the panel and an alert goes out to email or Telegram with the error, so it can never fail quietly.

Can two runs overlap?

No. Long jobs hold a lock, so a slow supplier sync can never start a second copy of itself and double-order your stock.

Can I run my own scripts?

Yes. Add a custom task with a standard cron expression and your command, and it runs on the same cluster with the same logging, retries and alerts.

Stop babysitting the clock.

Turn the scheduler on and let the boring, timed, must-not-be-missed work take care of itself.
