- New command palette in the admin header — jump to any order, user, service or setting with Ctrl K.
- Whale AI Assistant can now read and explain its own audit log, so "who changed this price?" is a question you ask, not a grep.
- Gateway reconciliation report: card, crypto and mobile-wallet settlements in one statement with the fee column your accountant keeps asking for.
- Firmware library crossed 600,000 hash-verified files.

Add-on reliability and a faster storefront
- Cron job runs now retry with backoff before alerting — a single flaky supplier response no longer pages you at 3am.
- Retail product pages serve pre-built schema and meta, cutting first-contentful paint on catalogue pages by roughly 400 ms.
- File Server signed links accept a configurable TTL instead of a fixed 60 minutes.
- Fixed: invoice PDFs dropped the currency symbol for non-USD installations.
